The Founder
Built by a tradesman who moved into systems.
Marnus de Wet is a South-African-born Australian based in the Newcastle / Hunter region. He is a qualified boilermaker and sheet metal fabricator with approximately 18 years of experience across fabrication, coatings, maintenance, production, operations, and business management.
He holds an Advanced Diploma of Engineering and a Graduate Diploma of Strategic Leadership, combining practical trade knowledge with business process improvement and AI-assisted workflow design.
His work focuses on one thing: finding where business flow breaks down and building practical systems to fix it.
