SERVICES / START WITH ONE REAL FLOW

Fix the handover.
Give the day back.

If your supervisors spend the day chasing updates, your schedule ignores the shift or the same machine keeps stopping production, start there.

01

Floor-to-office diagnostic

Find the point where the process loses control.

I follow one real workflow with the people doing it. I look for hidden status, repeated entry, missing evidence, unclear ownership and avoidable chasing.

A good fit when: Your tools contain information, but nobody has a reliable picture of what needs to happen next.

WHAT YOU GET

  • A current-state flow of the work and information
  • The breakpoints and their operational consequences
  • Ranked fixes and a recommended first system

HOW IT IS SCOPED

Fixed fee agreed after the scope is clear.

I start with one defined flow, the people involved and access to the relevant process.

Describe the problem
02

The smallest system that fixes it

A working control people can use under pressure.

I design and build a focused operational tool around the gap: a shift-aware schedule, handover gate, maintenance register, production exception board, reporting workflow or management view.

A good fit when: You know the gap, but the spreadsheets, verbal handovers or workarounds are no longer enough.

WHAT YOU GET

  • A working system with clear inputs and ownership
  • Verification against agreed examples and acceptance criteria
  • Practical documentation, training and handover

HOW IT IS SCOPED

Quoted after scope, dependencies and acceptance criteria are agreed.

I use your existing tools where they fit. A process change may be enough; a larger platform is not the default.

Governed AI setup

Make AI useful without losing authority.

I map the useful AI tasks, permitted information and verification points. I define what it can read, what it can propose and what must stay with a person.

A good fit when: You can see potential in AI, but need a controlled route into operational work.

WHAT YOU GET

  • A use-case map and clear boundaries for data and authority
  • Verification checks, approval points and staged rollout
  • Optional implementation of a read-only operational view

HOW IT IS SCOPED

Scoped and quoted before work starts.

I begin with a narrow use case. Live records and business-critical decisions remain under the agreed business controls.

BEFORE ANY BUILD

Know what
“working” means.

The scope should say who will use it, what it must do, what it must not do and how it will be checked.

What happens in the first discussion?

The first workflow discussion is free. I ask about the process, the people involved and where the work becomes unclear. If it is a useful fit, I propose a defined next step.

Do I need to know what software I want?

No. Describe the problem and the tools already in use. I will work through whether the answer is a clearer process, an existing tool or a small new system.

Can you work with an existing ERP or Microsoft setup?

I can design supporting workflows around existing business systems, with access, interfaces and ownership checked during scoping. An ERP can remain the controlled record while a simpler view makes exceptions visible.

Do you work onsite?

I am based in the Newcastle / Hunter Region. Onsite work is by arrangement, with remote work available Australia-wide. Travel and access are agreed as part of the scope.

Start with the real problem

Tell me what is going wrong.

Start with the work. I’ll help define the useful first step.
